60 doodles so far #365doodles project

Hello here!

Yesterday I did my 60 daily doodle! (yay)
Part of my personal project #365doodles as I mention here when I finished the first 30.
To celebrate my first 30 I did a video and now I decided to make one every 30 to keep me motivated! And you, my dear supportive friend, updated.

Here is my new 30 doodles from the last days.

With the first 30 I learnt a lot about myself and my creative process.
After the 60 I'm happy with my perseverance. Because thera are days... oh that days... that I feel no energy or inspiration to doodle but even these days I pushed myself and do something.
Every doodle gives me more confidence. I love them each day more.

I can't wait for doing the video to 90! :)
You can find the all the videos on my vimeo.

PS:
Everyday I post my daily doodle on my instagram. Follow me :)

MATS B completed

Hello here! :)
Oh I miss blog so much!

Phew! I still can't believe the Make Art That Sells course ended one week ago!
Sunday, 10th November, was the last assignment delivery and since then I'm trying to plan my next steps. So, I'm sorry for not keep here update on the past weeks. But today I can make a review about the part B ( part A review is here)

My personal review - MATS- part B

Although both parts have the same structure, in part B, I pushed myself to create more and using better the tools. This decision made me a little more over-thinking and gave me a roller-coaster of results: some really happy and some not so happy. But in the end, as always, I grew and learned a lot!

1. Paper - A winter holiday card. That was hard. My favorite market, my favorite holiday, too much overthinking and a good result but not enough for my high expectations. I learned a lot about my creative process and to be kind to myself. (A post about this before here)
2. Children's apparel - Camping Theme. As the week before was a non expected hight level result I tried to do my best in this. I really like the fabric market and never camping before. I put a lot of energy and a new creative process. I love the result! (my second favorite in the part B)
3. Scrapbooking - vintage Cameras and Typewriters. Here is a market that I had no idea about it. I did some scrapbooking like 5 years ago and never thought about how big this market could be. I had less time to do because I pick a freelance illustration (yay but sadly didn't go ahead). I made some sketches in the train and I'm in love for this bunny photographer.
4. Editorial - Map. This market is a dream. It's very complex but it's full of possibilities! I love maps and sounded as an amazing opportunity except that it's suppose to be a map of your living city (in my case Berlin that, well, we're not that friends). So, I spent more timing figuring out what to show in the map then actually drawing - and drawing map is very complex. The result was a panic in the end and I wanna re-draw it soon because I really think I can do better. In the end, this assignment makes me hate less Berlin. :)
5. Party Paper - Folk Ukrainian/Bavarian theme. Here is a wonderful end. I love folk art and love parties and love paper. Party paper is paper for parties! Nothing could be more perfect! I had so much joy doing this one! I put all my heart, sing and enjoy every reference. And, as you can imagine, is far away my favourite piece in the whole MATS.

And that's it! Such amazing journey the MATS course! I have only thankful words about this class. Lilla Rogers is amazing teacher and inspiration. The matsies are wonderful! I never imagined have such a fantastic network and friends! Highly recommend!

Hope come back with news soon! :)

Have a nice wednesday!
